Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Indapamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, blood cholesterol increased, blood pressure increased, dehydration, malaise, torsade de pointes. Indapamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SERLAIN, CRESTOR, TEVETEN, PROZAC, KREDEX. Patient died on 06/27/2006.

During the same period patient was treated with PAROXETINE, KARDEGIC, IRBESARTAN, NOVONORM, LANTUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
