Indapamide side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on July 08, 2008. Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Indapamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, brugada syndrome, cardiac arrest , dizziness , hypokalaemia, hyponatraemia, long qt syndrome, torsade de pointes, ventricular extrasystoles. Indapamide dosage: 2.5 MG; DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, back pain , arthralgia, stress at work, sleep disorder  and was treated with Indapamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, bundle branch block left, cardiac failure congestive, cerebrovascular accident, chest pain , congestive cardiomyopathy, diplopia, dizziness . Indapamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VIOXX, PROTONIX, ZOLOFT, XANAX, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
