Imuran side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 24, 2008. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 204.0 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, colitis ulcerative and was treated with Imuran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, fatigue, flatulence, ill-defined disorder, liver function test abnormal, middle insomnia. Imuran dosage: 125 MG. During the same period patient was treated with REMICADE. Patient recovered.

Imuran dosage: 200 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Imuran dosage: 2.5 MG/KG/QD/PO. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, ASACOL, ORTHO TRI. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 21 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with crohn's disease  and was treated with Imuran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, crohn's disease , duodenitis, fatigue, gastritis, haematemesis, haematochezia, hypovolaemia, mesenteric panniculitis. Imuran dosage: 2.5 MG/KG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with INFLIXIMAB, ASACOL, ORTHO TRI. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
