Imuran side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 08, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Imuran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain lower, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood pressure decreased, body temperature increased, dermatomyositis, diarrhoea, gastroenteritis viral, liver function test abnormal. Imuran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TYLENOL, ARTHRITIS, GLUCOSAMINE, BIOTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood uric acid decreased, bone pain, convulsion, diarrhoea, headache , hypotension, joint swelling. Imuran dosage: 75 MG; PO; 100 MG; PO; 150 MG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with REMICADE, PREDNISONE, ENTOCORT EC, CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/22/2002.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, ascites, colonoscopy abnormal, diarrhoea, failure to thrive, kaposi's sarcoma , lung neoplasm, pancytopenia, renal failure acute. Imuran dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, PREDNISOLONE, SIROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
