Imuran side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 15, 2005. Male patient, 19 years of age, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with crohn's disease What is  crohn's disease and was treated with Imuran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, candidiasis, cytomegalovirus antibody positive, leukopenia, oxygen saturation decreased, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia. Imuran dosage: 75 MG; DAILY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INFLIXIMAB, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 18 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with crohn's disease What is  crohn's disease and was treated with Imuran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood uric acid decreased, bone pain, convulsion, diarrhoea, headache What is  headache, hypotension, joint swelling. Imuran dosage: 75 MG; PO; 100 MG; PO; 150 MG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with REMICADE, PREDNISONE, ENTOCORT EC, CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/22/2002.
