Imuran Side Effects Report #5990499-1
Imuran side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 24, 2008. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 204.0 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, colitis ulcerative and was treated with Imuran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, fatigue, flatulence, ill-defined disorder, liver function test abnormal, middle insomnia. Imuran dosage: 125 MG. During the same period patient was treated with REMICADE. Patient recovered.

Imuran side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 28, 2006. Male patient, 18 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with crohn's disease  and was treated with Imuran. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood uric acid decreased, bone pain, convulsion, diarrhoea, headache , hypotension, joint swelling. Imuran dosage: 75 MG; PO; 100 MG; PO; 150 MG; PO. During the same period patient was treated with REMICADE, PREDNISONE, ENTOCORT EC, CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/22/2002.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , acute respiratory distress syndrome, anaemia, anorexia, blood triglycerides increased, chromaturia, diarrhoea haemorrhagic, epstein-barr virus infection, hepatitis . Imuran dosage: 125 MG;. During the same period patient was treated with INFLIXIMAB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, anorexia, atelectasis, blood albumin decreased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, chest pain , dehydration, dyspnoea. Imuran dosage: 59 MG; 25 MG; QD. During the same period patient was treated with REMICADE, ASACOL, CALCIUM WITH VITAMIN D AND IRON, PREDNISONE, FLAGYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Imuran dosage: 100 MG;QD;. During the same period patient was treated with REMICADE, LOVENOX, ASACOL, LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT, HEPARIN, STEROIDS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
