Imodium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on July 29, 2005. Female patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with diarrhoea and was treated with Imodium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, cardiac arrest , circulatory collapse, dyskinesia, pharyngeal oedema. Imodium dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/04/2005.
