Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with toxic epidermal necrolysis and was treated with Immune. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, blood pressure increased, condition aggravated, feeling cold, gouty arthritis, heart rate increased, hypothermia , infusion related reaction, myocardial ischaemia. Immune dosage: 38 MG/KG, TOTAL DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, LEVOTHYROXINE, RANITIDINE, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
