Imipramine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 13, 2007. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 290.0 lb, was diagnosed with headache  and was treated with Imipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: benign prostatic hyperplasia, chills, confusional state, depression , irritability, no therapeutic response, suicidal ideation, suicide attempt. Imipramine dosage: 10 MG NIGHTLY PO. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TYLENOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Imipramine dosage: 10 MG NIGHTLY PO. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TYLENOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with myoclonic epilepsy and was treated with Imipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , crying, depressed mood, dysphoria, euphoric mood, hypokinesia, irritability, myoclonus. Imipramine dosage: 25 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with LAMOTRIGINE, CLONAZEPAM, PAROXETINE. Patient recovered.
