Imipramine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Aug 31, 2005. Female patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar i disorder and was treated with Imipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac massage, cardio-respiratory arrest, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness, dialysis , electromechanical dissociation, haemodialysis. Imipramine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE, BENZODIAZEPINE DERIVATIVES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
