Imipramine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from TAIWAN, PROVINCE OF CHINA on Jan 18, 2007. Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Imipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteriospasm coronary, atrioventricular block complete, blood cholesterol increased, blood uric acid increased, chest discomfort, circulatory collapse, convulsion, coronary artery stenosis, electrocardiogram st segment depression. Imipramine dosage: 112 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
