Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Imipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, myocardial fibrosis, overdose, pulmonary congestion, resuscitation. Imipramine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
