Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression , panic disorder  and was treated with Imipramine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , dyspnoea, economic problem, heart rate increased, memory impairment, pruritus, respiratory rate decreased, somnolence, stress . Imipramine dosage: 75 MG 1X A DAY HS PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder , condition aggravated, distractibility, hallucination, learning disorder , memory impairment, mood swings. Imipramine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , crying, depressed mood, dysphoria, euphoric mood, hypokinesia, irritability, myoclonus. Imipramine dosage: 25 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with LAMOTRIGINE, CLONAZEPAM, PAROXETINE. Patient recovered.
