After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diplopia, vith nerve paralysis. Imdur dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PANTOPRAZOLE, CLINDAMYCIN, NITROGLYCERIN, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, BENAZEPRIL HYDROCHLORIDE, MEDROL, OFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
