Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme and was treated with Imatinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, disease progression, fatigue, hemiparesis, neurological symptom, petit mal epilepsy, somnolence, tooth extraction. Imatinib dosage: 400 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYUREA, PRILOSEC, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, LASIX. Patient died on 08/27/2006.
