Imatinib side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on July 12, 2007. Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Imatinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplasia, biopsy bone marrow abnormal, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, bone marrow necrosis, erythroblast count increased, hyperpyrexia, pain in extremity. Imatinib dosage: 600 MG/D. Patient recovered.
