Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 118.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and was treated with Iletin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, blood glucose fluctuation, carotid artery occlusion, coronary artery occlusion, gout , musculoskeletal pain, neck pain, neuropathy, osteoarthritis . Iletin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HUMULIN R, LANTUS, NPH INSULIN, NPH INSULIN, REGULAR INSULIN, REGULAR INSULIN, ULTRALENTE INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
