Female patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with uterine leiomyosarcoma and was treated with Ifomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rhabdomyosarcoma, treatment related secondary malignancy. Ifomide dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Male patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with testis cancer, testicular mass and was treated with Ifomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: leukaemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, refractory anaemia with excess blasts in transformation, treatment related secondary malignancy. Ifomide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VEPESID, BRIPLATIN, TAXOL, PARAPLATIN, METHOTREXATE, DOCETAXEL, COSMEGEN, GEMZAR. Patient recovered.
