Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with extranodal nk/t-cell lymphoma, nasal type and was treated with Ifomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, haemoglobin decreased, nausea What is  nausea, osteonecrosis What is  osteonecrosis, platelet count decreased, stomatitis, white blood cell count decreased. Ifomide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE, CARBOPLATIN, METHOTREXATE, PEPLOMYCIN SULPHATE, PREDONINE. Patient recovered.
