Male patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with testicular neoplasm, prophylaxis and was treated with Ifomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, convulsion, fall , neutrophil count decreased, toxic encephalopathy, white blood cell count decreased. Ifomide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with UROMITEXAN, TAXOL, RANDA, LASIX, MANNITOL, MEYLON, METOCLOPRAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
