Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 66.14 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , pain . Idursulfase dosage: (15 MG, 1 IN 1 WK) INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with CLONIDINE, RISPERDAL, ALBUTEROL. Patient recovered.
