Idursulfase side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 01, 2008. Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 61.73 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, infusion related reaction, morose, salivary hypersecretion, urticaria. Idursulfase dosage: 12 MG, 1X/WEEK, IV DRIP. Patient recovered.
