Idursulfase side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 07, 2007. Male patient, child 5 years of age, weighting 59.08 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, chills, cough, crying, erythema, hypertension, infusion related reaction, oxygen saturation decreased, pallor. Idursulfase dosage: (12 MG, 1 IN 1 WK), INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITIN, ATENOLOL. Patient recovered.
