Male patient, child 8 years of age, weighting 50.04 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood potassium decreased, blood sodium decreased, catheter site infection, dysgeusia. Idursulfase dosage: (11.5 MG, 1 IN 1 WK) INTRAVENOUS DRIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 58.42 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catheter site infection, enterobacter bacteraemia, face oedema, hypertension, insomnia, respiratory rate increased, staphylococcal bacteraemia, tremor. Idursulfase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
