Idursulfase Side Effects Report #5698429-7
Idursulfase side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Mar 25, 2008. Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 100.1 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive. Idursulfase dosage: 0.5 MG/KG, 1X/WEEK, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL, FAMOTIDINE, ASPIRIN, DIGOXIN, TORSEMIDE, PIMOBENDAN, LEVOTHYROXINE, HYDROCORTISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Idursulfase dosage: 0.5 MG/KG, 1X/WEEK, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, VERAPAMIL, FAMOTIDINE, ASPIRIN, DIGOXIN, TORSEMIDE, PIMOBENDAN, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/07/2008.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , cardiac failure congestive, hypotension, pulmonary oedema. Idursulfase dosage: (21 MG, 1 IN 1 WK), INTRAVENOUS DRIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/04/2007.
