Male patient, 15 years of age, weighting 98.33 lb, was diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis ii and was treated with Idursulfase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspiration, chills, flushing, infusion related reaction, nausea , pneumonia , rash , rash erythematous, rash papular. Idursulfase dosage: (23 MG, 1 IN 1 WK), INTRAVENOUS DRIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
