Idarubicin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 17, 2005. Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 141.1 lb, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Idarubicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, blood gases abnormal, blood ph increased, crackles lung, culture stool positive, escherichia infection, pyrexia, respiratory rate decreased. Idarubicin dosage: 21 MG (10 MG, EVERY DAY), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, FILGRASTIM, AMPHOTERICIN B, OFLOXACIN, CEFEPIME. Patient was hospitalized.
