Female patient, 21 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Idamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, hypercalcaemia, thirst, vomiting. Idamycin dosage: DAILY DOSE:12MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with DAUNORUBICIN, CYTARABINE, MITOXANTRONE, RETINOIC ACID. Patient recovered.
