Ibandronate side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 17, 2009. Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 124.0 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis  and was treated with Ibandronate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: endodontic procedure, loose tooth, osteonecrosis . Ibandronate dosage: 150 MG MONTHLY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLEDRONIC ACID, ALEDRONATE. Patient recovered.
