Female patient, 89 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, back pain , gout  and was treated with Hyzaar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypokalaemia, hyponatraemia, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Hyzaar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEGA, DICLOFENAC, PREDNISOLONE, ALLOPURINOL, BUMETANIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
