Male patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with cognitive disorder, parkinson's disease  and was treated with Hytrin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, memory impairment, meningioma benign, personality change, syncope. Hytrin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MEMANTINE, SINEMET, BUPROPION HYDROCHLORIDE, GALANTAMINE HYDROBROMIDE, MODAFINIL, PRIMIDONE, PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE, CALCIUM CARBONATE.
