Hypen and haematemesis Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Hypen Side Effects Report #5583931-9
Hypen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 27, 2007. Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis and was treated with Hypen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematemesis, pneumonia , sepsis , stevens-johnson syndrome. Hypen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, ENALAPRIL, BENIDIPINE, OMEPRAZOLE, REBAMIPIDE. Patient died on 12/26/2007.

Hypen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 23, 2007. Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain  and was treated with Hypen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematemesis. Hypen dosage: 400 MG. During the same period patient was treated with GASLON. Patient died on 02/12/2007.
