Male patient, 80 years of age, weighting 170.0 lb, was diagnosed with motion sickness  and was treated with Hyoscine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site reaction, skin cancer , squamous cell carcinoma. Hyoscine dosage: 1.5 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 18 years of age, weighting 30.86 lb, was diagnosed with increased bronchial secretion and was treated with Hyoscine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site discharge, application site erythema, application site irritation, application site reaction, application site vesicles, lung abscess, off label use. Hyoscine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
