Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 155.0 lb, was diagnosed with rash pruritic and was treated with Hydroxyzine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, anxiety , aphasia , brain scan abnormal, confusional state, disorientation, tremor, urinary incontinence , visual disturbance. Hydroxyzine dosage: 25 MG, TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, COREG, SYNTHROID, FELODIPINE, SIMVASTATIN, OMEPRAZOLE, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
