Hydroxyzine side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Apr 08, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with urticaria and was treated with Hydroxyzine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: stevens-johnson syndrome. Hydroxyzine dosage: DAILY DOSE:25MG-FREQ:QD. During the same period patient was treated with DESLORATADINE, CELESTAMINE, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, ZOPICLONE. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, TYLENOL, ATROVENT, CALCIUM ACETATE, DEXTROSE W, BENADRYL, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
