Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with pruritus, ill-defined disorder, depression , diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Hydroxyzine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction, sinus tachycardia. Hydroxyzine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, EFFEXOR, GLIMEPIRIDE, RAMIPRIL, SIMVASTATIN, PARACETAMOL, TEMAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, catheter site cellulitis, heart rate irregular, myocardial infarction, reaction to medical agent preservatives, tremor. Hydroxyzine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CATAPRES, COZAAR, VERAPAMIL, LOPRESSOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypertensive heart disease, myocardial infarction. Hydroxyzine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, PREMPRO, SULFACETAMIDE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, VIOXX, ACYCLOVIR, ATENOLOL, CLARINEX. Patient died on 11/11/2003.
