Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 207.2 lb, was diagnosed with mental disorder and was treated with Hydroxyzine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, visual, intentional overdose, pyrexia, skin lesion, suicide attempt, urine alcohol test positive. Hydroxyzine dosage: 50 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with QUETIAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
