Hydroxyzine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 28, 2006. Female patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with pruritus and was treated with Hydroxyzine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis , fat necrosis, gait disturbance, haemorrhage, injection site discolouration, injection site pain, muscle necrosis, myositis , pain in extremity. Hydroxyzine dosage: 25 MG ONCE POSTOPERATIVELY, INTRAMUSCULAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
