After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, chills, dizziness What is  dizziness, fatigue, liver function test abnormal, nausea What is  nausea, pyrexia. Hydroxyurea dosage: 500 MG, 3 TIMES A WEEK. Patient recovered.
