Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 153.0 lb, was diagnosed with psoriasis and was treated with Hydroxyurea. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anisocytosis, blood bilirubin increased, cough, dizziness , drooling, red blood cell count decreased. Hydroxyurea dosage: 500 MG QDAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with PRILOSEC, CIALIS, PERMAX, HYZAAR, SYNTHROID. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, ascites, cardiac tamponade, cough, deep vein thrombosis , hepatitis , pericardial effusion, pleural effusion. Hydroxyurea dosage: 500MG PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with GLEEVEC, DILANTIN, ZOFRAN, PREVACID, DARVOCET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
