Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with psoriasis and was treated with Hydroxyurea. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, chills, hepatotoxicity, lethargy, liver function test abnormal, malaise, nausea . Hydroxyurea dosage: 1000 MG, QD. Patient recovered.
