Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 139.0 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Hydroxychloroqui. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chapped lips, haemoptysis, mouth ulceration, oral pain, pancytopenia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, thrombocytopenia. Hydroxychloroqui dosage: 200 MG PO BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
