Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 139.0 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis What is  rheumatoid arthritis and was treated with Hydroxychloroqui. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chapped lips, haemoptysis, mouth ulceration, oral pain, pancytopenia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, thrombocytopenia. Hydroxychloroqui dosage: 200 MG PO BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Hydroxychloroqui dosage: 400 MG QD. During the same period patient was treated with INDOMETHACIN, ALENDRONATE, CALCIUM, LANSOPRAZOLE, DOCUSATE, DILTIAZEM. Patient recovered.

Hydroxychloroqui dosage: 800MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with TEMOZOLOMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
