After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: halo vision, scotoma. Hydroxychloroqui dosage: 200MG 2 PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with MOBIC, ACIPHEX, ULTRAM, TYLENOL, HORMONE REPLACEMENT, MAALOX FAST BLOCKER. Patient recovered.
