Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Hydroxychloroqui. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myelodysplastic syndrome, pancytopenia, refractory anaemia. Hydroxychloroqui dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUOXETINE, ASPIRIN, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.

Hydroxychloroqui dosage: 200MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with ARAVA. Patient recovered.

Hydroxychloroqui dosage: 200 MG PO BID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
