Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with essential thrombocythaemia and was treated with Hydroxycarbamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholecystitis chronic, cholelithiasis, gallbladder cholesterolosis, hepatitis
. Hydroxycarbamide dosage: 500 MG BD; TWO DOSES OF 500 MG BD (THREE MONTHS AFTER DISCHARGE) ; (A WEEK AFTER THE FIRST DISCONTIN. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
