Hydrocortisone Side Effects Report #4806821-5
Hydrocortisone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Oct 06, 2005. Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Hydrocortisone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arm amputation, blister, gangrene, livedo reticularis, necrotising fasciitis streptococcal, oedema peripheral, pain in extremity, peripheral coldness, renal failure. Hydrocortisone dosage: 30 MG)30 MG, 1 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with ANAKINRA, FOLIC ACID, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, PERINDOPRIL, METHOTREXATE, CELECOXIB, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/23/2005.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, chest pain , gait disturbance, haematoma, international normalised ratio increased, pain in extremity, subcutaneous haematoma. Hydrocortisone dosage: 30 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, PREVISCAN, FORLAX, ZOLPIDEM, AERIUS, ALPRAZOLAM, ESOMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
