Female patient, 82 years of age, weighting 91.49 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Hydrochlorothiaz. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, dehydration, depression , lethargy, oral intake reduced, renal failure. Hydrochlorothiaz dosage: 2.5MG PO QD ~ 1 WEEK. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
