After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, erythema, hypotension, ill-defined disorder, nausea , urticaria, wheezing. Hydralazine dosage: 25MG Q 6 HOURS, 1 DOSE. Patient recovered.
