Hydralazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 02, 2007. Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 153.9 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Hydralazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose fluctuation, blood pressure increased, cardiac failure congestive, coronary artery disease , dermatitis acneiform, dizziness , joint swelling, pulmonary oedema, rash pruritic. Hydralazine dosage: 50 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COREG, ALDACTONE, NORVASC, LASIX, DIOVAN, LOTENSIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve sclerosis, asthenia, blood pressure decreased, cardiomegaly, cardiomyopathy , cerebral atherosclerosis, cerebral ischaemia, coronary artery disease , dizziness . Hydralazine dosage: 10 MG IVP. During the same period patient was treated with CLONIDINE, EQUAGESIC, LASIX, KLONOPIN, PRILOSEC, ATARAX, ALLEGRA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
