After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, poisoning . Hydralazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, BETA BLOCKING AGENTS, ESCITALOPRAM, AMPHETAMINE SALTS. Patient died.
